The boys' golf team will share the conference title this year with Rush City. We had a very strong year. Alex W. and Justin G. both were named All-Conference players this year, while Ryan G. was named the conference MVP. I am very proud of all of our boys and had how hard they have work to get where we are. With only one senior on the boys' team this year, I am excited to for these boys to have another shot at the conference title next year. Now we are focused on the subsection meet that we have coming up, and trying to make our season last as long as we can.
The girls' golf team ended up second in the conference this year behind Moose Lake/Willow River. We had a very strong year and only missed first place by 1 points. We had 2 girls who were named All-conference. They were Lindsay M., and Ally T. I am very proud of all of our girls and had how hard they have work to get where we are. We are losing 2 seniors on the girls' team and will be tough to replace, but we have some good young golfers who will need to step up and fill those places for us next year. But for now, we are putting all our focus on the subsection meet that we have coming up, and trying to make our season last as long as we can.
